Sorry it's kind of late but thanks for adding me on your friendlist. You're very right- i do need it ^^~ hehehe
So thanks again!
Hope you have a fantastic day!

Quote by Davinator61Hey-oh, Kelena-Chan. Sorry about not contacting you sooner, but Minitokyo was hard to reach for a while & I have been job-hunting as of late. Any-hoo, August 10th was my last day of school for this year & my Cumulative GPA appears to be around a 3.4-3.7 out of a possible 4.0, which suits me just fine. Money has been a little tight this summer but I've started working as a temp-worker through CoreStaff, which will help my financial picture a little. Also, my refund from the IRS should be coming through within the next week or two, which should help even further. Unfortunately, as a result of my not-so-rosey financial picture, I've not been able to make further upgrades to my Jeep Cherokee's drivetrain nor to my computer system's capabilities as of late. Oh well, I guess I've gotta make do with what little I have. So how've you been doing yourself?

Hey there Davinator! How have things been going for you lately? Sorry that it took me such a long time to get back to you, but I've been quite busy. Not to mention that my password wasn't working so I had to have MT send me a new one. It took about a week for that too! I didn't think they were even going to send it and then I wouldn't be able to get into my account. ^_^' Congrats on your GPA! That's great! :) It's always satisfying to see all the hard work get added up into those high numbers. :) I'm doing alright. I'm just trying to take one day at a time. No worries.... At least that's the goal. XD Oh, and guess what?! I finally know what Warhammer is! I saw the game at a store. There was a whole store dedicated to just that game. There were tables set up and everything. It actually looks pretty interesting. You have to paint all the little characters too. I think my dad is interested in getting the Lord of the Rings version. My brother who plays D&D knew about it beforehand, but now I'm not out of the loop anymore. Hehe. Well, I hope to hear from you soon! I'm now back on MT! :)

Quote by Davinator61Hey-oh Kelena-chan, just an update. I've completed the Fall '06 quarter with a 3.65 Cumulative GPA & a new-found affinity for Automatic Transmission Service, Repair & Upgrades. Right now I'm in the beginning of the Winter '07 quarter, during which I'll be learning about Engine Performance, Driveability & Emissions, especially since I'll be needing to have an emissions test done on my vehicle, in order to get my License Plate Tabs renewed. Later on, during Spring break, I'll be replacing the AW4 automatic transmission's torque converter and flex-plate with more efficient & durable parts in order to improve trailer hauling ability & overall fuel economy. I'm even hoping to purchase & install a controller box that makes it possible to fully control transmission shifting without moving the shift lever out of normal "Drive" position, using momentary-contact switching to shift gears up & down, as the AW4 transmission in my Jeep is electronically controlled. As for my working Part-Time after school, I am currently working for United Parcel Service as an in-bound scanner at one of their depots through Volt Services Group. The money & hours are not the best, but I'm able to keep my head above water, bill-payment-wise. At least the second year of Student Loan disbursements has been on scedule. As far as my Jeep is concerned, she just got a new back-up alarm, an external transmission filter and the battery relocated to behind the rear seat from inside the engine compartment, all work done by Your's Truely, of course. Right after I relocated the battery, I took a trip over the Cascades Mountain Range from where I live in Kent to Leavenworth, Washington for their annual December Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. You should have been there to see just how beautiful the town square looked when all the lights were turned on. I've even taken snaps of the town after the lights were turned on. Pretty cool, huh? I've also upgraded the core of my computer system to an AMD AM2 4200 Processor & MB combo with a new 512 Mb PCI-EXP graphics card plus two new hard drives. I think I now have sufficient computing power at my fingertips, at least for a couple more years as the MB is for a Workstation or even a small server. I used to ride a Mongoose XR-1100 all-aluminum Monocoque-framed Free-Rider mountain bike, but, as I haven't ridden it in several years, I decided to give it to my niece Megan, along with all the spare parts & tools for it, as a Christmas present. Needless to say, she was very excited when I had her help me remove it from the bike carrier, which I also gave her, and reassemble it. How's that for a Christmas present from an uncle to a niece? Sure it's a hand-me-down, but it's a very expensive hand-me-down. Well that's all for now. TTFN.

Hello hello!

Sorry for the VERY late reply... I have become so busy with so many different things that I completely forgot to check back here. But I'm back now and hopefully will be able to come by every once in a while. ^^ Wow, so many technical terms. My mind was reeling from all the words. Hehe.

That's kind of you to give your niece the bike. I'm sure that she enjoys it. ^^ I haven't gone to the trail myself in quite a while either.

I hope all is well and good. ^^ Talk to you later. ^^

Hey Uncle Davinator! (thanks for letting me call you that) Sorry I didn't mail you back in time. Looks like I'm a day late. Well I'm back home from my trip from Florida. It was fun, but I'm really glad I can get back to my old lifestyle. The one where I stay up late till about three in the morning then sleep all day till about one in the afternoon, then just lounge around the house and do the whole thing over again. I sound really lazy huh? Well your very welcome for my words of encouragement. I'll give them whenever you need them. Yea a little pain would be good for me. You know the saying, no pain no gain. Weird, I really used to hate that saying when I was younger. Hmm, I haven't really thought about what type of law I would go into yet. That'll take some contemplation. I'll be looking forward to that picture-essay. Well then until next time.

Hey Uncle Davinator! I can't tell you how happy I am to hear from you in so long. I've been really busy lately and haven't really had a chance to mail anyone back yet. You've got to be the first person I've mailed back in three weeks so I've gotten a little behind. I'm glad that your job hunting again. How ironic that the day you got out of school I went back to school. Volleyball is taking up all on my time. I'd be lucky if I get to go home at 5:30. The sad thing about it is that practice is supposed to end at 5:00. One day their was a tournament and I got to miss school but then I had to run around the highschool trying to collect my work for the day. Then when I got home at around 5:45 I had to cram about 6 hours of classes in about 3 hours. I had so much homework it was ridiculous. Well enough about my busy schedule, I'm pretty sure you have one of your own. I'm sorry to hear that money is a bit tight but that's okay. I'm sure things will get better. Well sadly I have homework this weekend and luckily not a another tournament so I'd better go do that.

Ja ne Uncle Davinator ^_^

Thanks for your kind words of encouragement. I'll keep them in mind while I look for that "cool job" you wished me to find. Other than being unemployed, I'm doing all right. In fact my health has even improved since I told you about my respiratory illness earlier this year. Could it be that my 7-day-a-week scedule contributed to my health problems? Do ya think? Anyhoo, I hope to hear from you soon. TTFN.

Hiya! I'm really glad to hear your health has improved! XD It could be because of work. Don't stress and don't overwork yourself! :) What did you work as? That might be a reason behind your illness.Glad your well! Have a nice day XD xxxx Cya

Hey Davinator61. Okay, I know I owe you a huge apology for the extremely late reply. For that I apologize. It's just that I've been kinda busy preparing for a trip I'm about to take. I'm so sorry to have hear that you lost your job. That must be a bit hard. But don't worry I'm sure you'll find a new job in no time. Just don't give up hope. I wish you the best of luck my friend. Well it seems that you still have awhile to wait till your summer break but that's okay. Your wait will make your vacation that more enjoyable. Wow, when you're going to be leaving school I'll be going back. Well actually I have to go to school a week earlier for volleyball tryouts. I can already feel my legs aching at all the extensive running the coach is going to put me through. Well I'd rather not think of that right now so I'll dwell on it when the time comes. Technical College sounds interesting as well as time consuming. There are so many things to learn. My college aspirations will take much contemplation. But I have time to think about that. I dunno I might just go into law.I like to argue. (I don't start them, it's just that I won't give up. I guess you could say that I'm a little stubborn at times. Traeling alone is also good. It can give a person thier need time to collect thier thoughts and reflect on things. It's also good if you like to blast your music insanely loud and then sing along with it. I'd be more than happy to recieve some pictures. I really like to see your "Screamin' Blue Trailmosher Mobile". Ya know I never really thought that you would have a better insight on life cause you were older than me and has experienced more things. I don't know why I didn't think of that. Well once again I hope that you find a new job soon and I probably won't be back til around the 17th of July so I'll talk to you then.

Ja ne ^_^

Quote by Davinator61Just an up-date...lost my part-time BFRC job & quit my Work-Study job...currently unemployed...will be hunting for another AutoTech job starting Jul 03, 06...am at my brother's house for his b-day party...my artistically-talented niece says "ohaio"...TTFN.

Wow, it looks like there are a lot of changes coming your way. Here's hoping for the best. :) How kind of you niece to say hello. I'm sure you're no longer at your brother's house, but when you see her again be sure to tell her I said, "Hi." :)

Hey-oh, Kelena, glad to hear from ya...hope your allergies doesn't kill your Summer Fun. I may have them myself as I'm not only sneezing but also coughing during this season of elevated-allergens-levels. Oh well, que sera, sera; whatever will be, will be. Anyhoo, I'll be starting the Summer Session at Renton Technical College on July 03 which will run for roughly six weeks, during which time I'll be learning the how's & why's of Automotive Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning. After the end of the Summer Session & before the start of the Fall Quarter of the 2006-2007 School Year I'm hoping to vist a couple of old friends of mine in Redmond, Oregon. That's a round trip of 650 to 800 miles from my home in Kent, Washington & back via my beloved Jeep Cherokee Laredo. Pretty cool, huh? TTFN.

Wow, it looks like you're going to have a pretty full summer, and I'm sure it's going to be a great one. :) I hope your allergies don't get to you too much either. I hope you had a great weekend. I watched 'Click'. It was surprisingly pretty serious for an Adam Sandler movie. It was good though. Talk to you later. :)

Hey Davinator61. It's good to hear from you again too. Thanks for posting on my thread Anywhere and Friends on MT. That's cool that you want to teach English in Japan. Of course you'll have to learn Japanese first. I've been wanting to learn for the longest. Well of course you're a close friend of mine too. Wow so you're about to be on summer break. That's great. It's always good to take a break. We wouldn't want to overwork ourselves. But to tell you the truth I think before my break is up I'll be wishing to go back to school. Weird huh? So you're going to a tecnology college. That sounds interesting. I can't wait till I can go to college. I'm not so sure what I find so interesting about it. Maybe it's because I love to learn. Well I guess I'll find out when I get there. How long have you been going to college. I'm guessing you'll be busy with your jobs. I want to have a summer job too. I guess I like the fact of being able to make my own money and not have to depend on anyone else to buy me things. It's just I don't want to be one of those type of people that depend on others for everything. Hey a road trip sounds like soo much fun! From Washington to Oregon seems pretty far. Are you taking someone with you on your trip?It should be more fun if you have some one to keep you company. At least you'll be seeing a friend that you haven't seen in awhile. You're really excited about your 'Screamin' Blue Trailmosher Mobile. I wish I could see it. From your extremely detailed discription it must be really nice. Since you plan on decorating your car really wild I wonder what your driving is like. ^_^ Hey if I can't overwork myself neither can you. I'll be sure to drink plenty water so I don't pass out from exhaution. But the same thing goes for you. I wouldn't want you over there dying. Ya know you're right. There wouldn't really be any point in life if there wasn't anything to work for. You have a really great insight on things. I'll be sure to come to you for advice. Well I hope you enjoy your summer.

Ja ne ^_^

Quote by Davinator61Hey, Kelena, how are you doing? I haven't heard from you in a while & I guess I'm getting a little worried about your well-being. How are you doing these days? Please reply so I'm not held in suspense for too much longer.

Hey Davi! I'm doing alright. It's finally summer! Yay! Except allergies and heat are definitely not my friends. X-P Other than that, summer is wonderful. Hehe... XD I went to a graduation party yesterday, and am probably going to another one tomorrow. There are so many this year. :) I might go camping next month too. So that should be fun. How is your summer going so far? Hopefully you get some time to relax. :)

Hey Davinator61. I know I'm extremly late beyond excuses mailing you back and I'm soo soo sorry for that. I guess that I'v just got so caught up in everything. Well I'm officialy out of school and on summer break. Yay! I've been waiting for this for so long. So how have you been lately? Good I hope. Yea okay, I guess I am a bit of a nerd and I don't really care either if anyone knows about it. So we're both nerds and pround of it. I'll speak to you later okay.

Ja ne ^_^

Actually right now I am fighting what seems to be a mild case of viral bronchitis or tracheaitis. Anyhoo, I'm coughing up a lung every so often & am not too happy about that. Yeesh! What misery! *Hack! Hack! Clumph! Aaawww, s#!t! Not again!* My voice sounds like a Chain-Smoker's Croak & I don't even smoke! It's a wonder I've been able to still function like a normal human being with my busy schedule with these Violent Coughing Spasms that I've had since 5th grade. Talk about a Chronic Illness! Well, that's my whine about how my life is going right now. How's about you?

Hiya! I'm very sorry to hear about your illness. :( Have you gone to see a doctor? I hope you will recover soon, but until then keep strong my friend :) I'm doing OK apart from my hairpulling stress with my school work, I've been so busy that I'm nearly always up in my room working, MT is my only escape :) Have a nice day XD xxx

Colby-Jack blend. All it is, is shredded Colby & Jack Cheeses Dry-Mixed & pressed together. But the resulting flavor is incredibly delicious.

Hiya! Thanks again for participating in another thread of mine :) Hope your well. Have a nice day XD xxx Cya

My younger brother has GameCube for my niece. It seems to be a really good system. As for myself, however, I think the AMD Athlon 64 3200+-based Windows PC with more than 1GB of DDR memory & 128mb+ of Video memory is the best bang for the buck as a gaming platform. Especially with real-time strategic sims.

Thanks for yet another comment :) Good day to ya hope your well XD xxx
